Four Stupid Mistakes Anyone Kill Your Netbook Battery



Until new nano lithium technology comes in later in 2009, mobile phone batteries are still notoriously flaky. Just when you need to make an important call the battery indicator tells you the charge is all but extinct. You may have conditioned your battery in line with all of the advice and old wives tales floating around but still have to re-charge yours every day. Short of buying a spare and keeping that charged what can you do?

This is the most basic of hand held power drills. It is a simple electric drill with one speed and one direction. It is mainly good for drilling holes in wood, metal, plastic, and soft metals. It is not the ideal choice of drill to use for applications such as driving screws. Since the speed is not variable and the drill only operates at a higher RPM, you would likely either strip the screw head or snap the head off the screw if you tried. You will not likely find many of these around today as their uses are rather limited.

Use li ion stock the battery. Li-Ion safety circuits do a lot of great things to keep it in good condition, but they're going to go south if you don't use them. There is no wonder they're stored charged to half-capacity. If you most often use your netbook using AC power while you're at home, make sure that you let it run to the point where windows gives critical battery level warning at least two or three times a week.

2) Battery freshness: often overlooked. Always make sure you have the freshest battery possible. A battery can lose it's ability to hold a charge as time goes on. You want batteries that move off of shelves quickly to be sure they aren't old.

Additional features include a built-in L.E.D. light on the drill which will help illuminate the working area when sufficient light is not available. Plus, a phosphorescent bumper ring which glows in the dark will allow the driver to be found even in the darkest environment without additional lighting. Lastly, the driver comes as a kit with two compact Lithium battery stocks-Ion batteries, a 15 minute rapid charger and a convenient tool case for carrying the tool and accessories.

In case you are using new nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery, remember you should not charge the battery for too long or it will overcharge it and end up shortening the life of the battery. However, it is important to charge and discharge the battery three times just like the Lithium mines Ontario-ion battery to ensure that it has a long a life.

These can be found at your local PC repairs store in many cases. If they do not have them in stock, they may be able to find them for you. The best news of all is that they will likely be far cheaper than what you would have to pay with the manufacturer. For the most part, you will likely purchase a Lithium Ion battery for your laptop. This is extremely popular and the type used by most manufacturers to date. All you need to do is contact your local PC repairs shop and ask them about any laptop batteries they might carry or if they can get them.

Grooming items are iffy but worth checking out. Shampoo is a decent find as are scrubbies/loofahs. Items like Chapstick and Vaseline can often be found there and my very favorite soap (Yardley oatmeal and almond) is almost always available at the dollar store. Nail files, packages of combs, tooth flossing sticks are of value. Skip the cotton swabs (too flimsy and could be dangerous), make-up (due to lack of regulation), and make-up remover pads (can I just say UGH!?).
